Kumo products are shipped from both US and international locations. With that said, you may receive multiple packages for one order. The estimated shipping window is stated on the product page.
The estimated delivery date will be based on a few different factors, including the purchase date (when an order was placed), warehouse location (US or international), destination (the customer address), and shipping method (e.g. UPS Ground, FedEx 2-Day Air). Other factors - such as federal holidays and inclement weather – may also impact the transit time of your order.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, although we do not offer expedited shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFPO. Some products are also not available for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/AFPO. Always check the individual product page for details.
We do not ship to Canada or any other international locations, but we’re working hard to bring Kumo to those outside the US as soon as possible.

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for express shipping with 1-2 business days for processing.

If your order is marked as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after seven business days, please let us know here.
If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received your replacement package, we kindly ask that you return the original order. You can contact us, and we will send you a return label so you can ship the original package back to us free of charge.
Returns & Refunds

Kumo accepts returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving the original purchase. A prepaid UPS shipping label will be sent to you and once your return arrives at our return center, your refund will be processed in 10 business days or less.

No, the promo code will be cancelled. You will however, receive a refund for your return. This applies to both partial and full returns.

Once Kumo receives a product return request, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and processing. Once your items have been inspected, expect a refund within 2-3 business days either to the original payment method or in store credit.
At this point in time, Kumo is unable to return processing fees that are collected from the payment provider.
If a product that you have ordered is defective or damaged, please let us know. We will assist you in getting an immediate replacement if one is still available.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer. A return fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
